As a guide, we can fit up to 4 of our small tubs in one box. All larger sizes will be sent as individual parcels.
Rural deliveries incur a $7 surcharge. Please note that with courier companies, some addresses may be deemed rural even if your address has no RD number. If you are unsure, you can contact us to check for you. An alternative is to have your order delivered to a more central location eg your workplace. PO box deliveries also incur a $7 surcharge.
If you live on Waiheke or Great Barrier Island, please contact us before placing your order, so we can find the most economical way to deliver.
We are always striving to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you.
Orders will normally be dispatched the next working day after you submit your order (or the day after we receive payment if you elect to pay with internet banking).
North Island deliveries usually arrive 1-2 business days after this. Rural deliveries often take longer.
South Island deliveries are taking longer than usual at the moment, due to transport issues for all couriers.
If you are North Island and have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us. If you are South Island, please allow 7 working days.
Yes. Once your order has been completed, we will send you an email with your tracking number that you can search for on the courier website.
Once you submit your order, it will take you to a secure page for payment via credit card through Paypal’s secure page. (Unless you have opted to pay via EFT).
On Paypal’s secure page, you will have 2 options for payment:
– Pay via your existing Paypal account or pay via credit card if you don’t have an account.
No credit card details are stored on our website at all.
If you wish to pay for your order via EFT / Bank deposit, simply click “Internet and Bank Deposits” as your payment method. You will automatically receive an invoice via email. Our bank details are located at the bottom of the invoice.
We will refund or replace your item if it doesn’t meet the consumer guarantee requirements. If the product has been damaged during delivery, we ask that you email us with photographs of the damage. We may ask you to return the product to us. We assess any refund requests on a case by case basis.
Whilst both our Gold Label and our Natural Epsom Salt are excellent choices there are differences in the two, which may be inconsequential to some, and important to others.
Most all Epsom Salt worldwide is man-made. Our Gold Label Epsom Salt is also a man-made product with USP / BP grading. It is a great value, quality Epsom Salt we have been importing for many years, with great feedback from many very happy customers!
Our Natural Epsom Salt is a food grade Epsom salt harvested from a natural deposit in Germany. We regard this as THE best Epsom Salt available worldwide!
So therein is the difference in the two Epsom Salt.
