good quality, good value; use it in addition to sea salt and/or magnesium flakes to help sore muscles, it helps the body as well to detoxify and get a good ph level

I use baking soda for a multitude of purposes.
I have always purchased small amounts from health shops but decided bulk purchasing would be a far better idea…and it certainly is!
This doesn’t have aluminium added to it…which is important when using internally.
I use for cleaning the house…along with white vinegar, in my homemade toothpaste, as a first Aid product…as an antacid , as an odourise on the fridgeCupboards etc…as a carpet cleaner…..I could go on and on and on about its uses in my home. For me , baking soda is a basic essential product.

Excellent value for money and 101 uses around the home! I use this in my cleaning and bath salts and have just started making my own natural toothpaste and deodorant! With it being food grade it doubles in the kitchen and my baking 🙂
