I was going to buy Epsom salts to add into baths for relaxation, but after some reading online it seems that Magnesium Chloride can be more easily absorbed and utilized by the body, when compared to using Epsom Salts. I am so glad I bought these Magnesium Chloride flakes, they are beautiful and definitely help promote relaxation and sleep. My kids love making special relaxing baths by adding some of these special crystals, lavender oil and petals from our garden 🙂
